one thing on this board that drives me crazy is the misuse of the term "alumni." We are all, or most of us, are college graduates, and most of us presumably graduated from Texas Tech. I am an alumnus of Texas Tech, my (ex)wife is an alumna, as is my daughter. My sister, my daughter, and my former wife are alumnae of Texas Tech, and all of us together are alumni of Tech.

I realize that "alumni" is commonly used for singular graduates of a school, but common does not mean it is proper.

Ok, fire away for trying to school you all. :(
