A small personal interjection to report my experience with two rounds of the Moderna COV19 vaccine.
I received the 2nd Tuesday last, the first on 29Dec. In both cases the arm soreness from the inoculation was minimized for me, I think, because I vigorously exercised that muscle set for two days following. For the first shot that was it for me. For the second, about 4 hours after, a wave of nausea that lasted maybe an hour, and perhaps a bit each morning subsequently, it is pretty mild. That is it for me.
My wife, the nurse, was sorer from the inoculation the first round, but less so the second as she took up my experience with exercising it. She may have suffered some flu like symptoms for about a week....but at the same time she was being treated for a pretty serious ear infection so that was likely the cause of that unhappiness.
I hope you all get your opportunity soon and experience nothing more that we have.
