I am typically not one to complain about restaurants but my experience at Hurricane was pathetic. There were only about 3 tables occupied in the whole restaurant, and it took 50 minutes to get 20 wings (10 wings for me and 10 wings for my friend). The wings were subpar compared to BWW, Wingstop, or even Pizza Hut. The GM asked how our experience was and when I told him, he tried to say we didn't wait that long for our wings. He seemed like an arrogant sleazeball and if leadership is indicative of service, they were right on course with that guy.
I don't think this place will last long with the prices as high as they are and the service being that terrible. Maybe they were understaffed with students out on SB (still no excuse with only about 7 people eating in the entire place), but I won't be going back and giving them the benefit of the doubt. Rant over.
