How do I get a kid recruited to Tech?

I coached a kid that is a phenomenal kid and player that has Tech as his favorite. Can someone connect me with the right people to get him a look? He's a 6'4" freak of a WR that plays at a tiny school. Right now he's committed to SFA but he's good enough to play anywhere.

Single mom and doesn't really know how to go about this stuff.
