UPDATE: Hocutt on beer sales at Jones Stadium

Texas Tech athletic director Kirby Hocutt was on Double T 104.3's Tech Talk today and had this to say about potential alcohol sales at Jones Stadium:

"We'll watch and see how everything transpires (around the Big 12), but we have no plans in the short-term or mid-term future of pursuing alcohol sales in the stadium at Jones AT&T Stadium."

Hocutt added that such a move would require approval from the President or even Board of Regent level at Texas Tech.
