I have been at my company for almost 7 years now and have only seen 2 employees within my department leave without giving a 2 week notice. Both were Red Raiders. This pisses me off and even more with the last one since I hired him. I want to hire Red Raiders if qualified but this is embarrassing as a hiring manager. Anybody else had issues with this or did I get two bad seeds?
