Walker is an absolute idiot. Dudes IQ is barely above 20. But that won't matter as Republicans go vote for him because he's black and a Republican. Republicans put forward clown candidates with apparent cognitive difficulties (Walker, Pine Box, etc.) and Republican voters think these idiots are worthy of casting votes on our behalf.
