13 lbs prime, unwrapped, on a BGE with a DigiQ. I set the DigiQ at 185. In the past 185 kept the grill temp between 215 and 235. Put her on at 11:30 last night when the grill temp was 200. Wind picked up and my temp rose to 300 around 12:30. I closed the damper and the temp dropped to 175 around 1:00. Finally got the temp to hold around 200 at 3:00. I went to bed and checked the temp at 8:30 this morning. Grill temp was 205 and Brisket temp was 140. At 10:00 grill was 220 and the Brisket temp was 150.

It is now almost 15 hours into the cook and this M&$@!(;:;F#%>^<~#!!!! is at 155. Five degrees in 4 and a half hours! I’ve delt with stalls before but it usually happens at 165.

I wanted to pull it at 4:00, but there is no way that is going to happen at this pace. I have raised my grill temp to 285, but have seen little change.

What should I do? Wrap in foil? Pull and finish in the oven?

FWIW, this is my 20th brisket using this setup and I’ve never had this problem.
