Help: things to do and best places to eat in Fredericksburg

My wife and I are going to Fredericksburg for our 30th anniversary (her choice) and I am not familiar with the town that much. I have seen threads on here before but forgot most suggestions. Not really interested in wineries or brewery tours. Anything else we r open too. Any suggestions? Especially great places to eat. Also places to stay
