Hey guys,
Could use some advice from those who have Sprint or T-Mobile and maybe have even switched from one to the other. I've had Sprint since last July with the Framily plan and got a Samsung Galaxy S5. I live in Arlington so I should be right in the heart of the best connection area but my phone is very slow with connection, usually it is 3G connection and if I am lucky to get LTE it is only one bar. If I am in a stadium, forget getting any connection. I've called Sprint because I think it has to be something wrong with my phone connecting to the network and they wont do anything about it.
Long story short, I am thinking of switching to T-Mobile because they offer to pay for the phone from Sprint. There are no ETF fees but I have to pay the remaining balance on the phone which I dont want to do. Does anyone have experience and can tell me if T-Mobile is an upgrade over Sprint as far as connection and data speeds? Advice would be appreciated.
TIA
