Going to have two days to drive from Albuquerque to Las Vegas in August and looking for some advice. Will be picking up the rental car at the ABQ airport around 8am and plan to get into Vegas the following evening. MapQuest says it takes 8:15 hours. The only requirements for us to see are the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam, but need some advice on other things along the way. Don't care where we stay overnight. Any advice?
