I just wanted to be as transparent as possible about the performance issues that RRS and the rest of the Rivals.com network have been experiencing over the last couple-few weeks.
The source of the problem has been tracked to one of the network's hosts. The engineering team is in the process of migrating to a new host and is endeavoring to get that done and completed in the next few days.
Until that process is complete, and we have been migrated from the old to new host, it is possible that there will be further issues over the next few days.
I apologize about the hassle and fully acknowledge that this is one of the worst times of the year for this kind of downtime to occur. Please, please believe me when I tell you that Level, Will, Matt, Drew and I are just as frustrated as you are when these lapses occur.
I will continue to keep you all posted as updates are given to us. Thank you for your patience and your continued support of RRS.
