the inevitable is happening and I'm looking for tips on how you guys with thinning hair get yours cut? I do a zero guard on the sides and then faded in to the top where it gets the scissors finger length. My hair is thinning in a weird way where I still have thick hair in the front that really sticks out after a cut, looks like a poof. I'm in law enforcement so it has to stay conservative but there is no policy in my agency.
