Golf Clubs question

I have this urge to start getting back into golf, I have a nice set of Lynx clubs that are in great condition but may need to get them extended because they seem a bit shot now. So my question is should I get the clubs extended or invest in a new set of clubs. Note I'm not a great golfer and the clubs I have now are in great condition.
