Has anyone taken the GMAT and "cracked" it? Or at least found traction to prepare for the exam? Any tips on how you "cracked" the test? There are so many books and write ups on cracking the GMAT, it is by in large, overwhelming. I ordered the Kaplan GMAT Premier 2016 - all 1,116 pages and have begun to read the beginning portion on getting prepared and signing up for the test. It's a workout to lug around to say the least. I have also sat in on an online Kaplan's free bootcamp seminar for the GMAT which the instructor basically just pitched the courses. For $1,200+, is it really worth the investment? Or should I stick with the book?
