Just curious to get y'alls opinion on the gentrification of neighborhoods. We're going through this process here in Denver, Co.....the River North District (Rino). Lots of activists stirring the pot about the gentrification of blacks and Hispanics being forced out of the neighborhood because of increased development. Personally, I think it's just the evolution of a City. Eventually, lower income parts of society, whether black, white or Hispanic, are going to have to migrate to other parts of the city that's more affordable.
