I've got a philosophical/ moral question that started with the recent talk of student loan forgiveness.
Is there a difference between debt forgiveness vs debt satisfaction? If a college graduate has an employer or parent ( any third party) come in and pay off his college loans, has the debt been forgiven or has it been satisfied?
Expanding this are our sins forgiven by God or has our sin/debt been satisfied by Jesus?
