,,,and I'm looking at you, @wisertime, @GRANT44 and @Luis, imagine what the fan base must be enduring at West Virginia, Kansas State and the University of Houston?
West Virginia: Neal Brown, hired Jan. 3. Class rank: 56. Class size: 16. Commits brought in by Brown to date: 0.
Kansas State: Chris Klieman, hired Dec. 10. Class rank: 78. Class size: 16. Commits brought in by Klieman to date: 1 (3-star DB).
Houston: Dana Holgorsen, hired Jan. 2. Class rank: 108. Commits brought in by Holgorsen to date: 1 (at DT from NMMI on Jan. 19).
This according to data from Rivals and 247.
Some can say that Wells had a month on Brown and Holgorsen, which is true, but neither one of those had to re-recruit the previous commits before December signing date like Wells did. Those recruits were already signed. Klieman had it pretty challenging trying to recruit and assemble a staff during the FCS playoffs and before the December signing date.
Anyone can find something to be outraged about if they want, but I'd suggest keeping it to something that's off the norm.
