...what kind of civil litigation case would the woman in Waco have against Baylor? Is it not worth the trouble of going through all the difficult testimony and reliving it again, or is it a legitimate legal case that someone would want to take against an institution and/or individuals that recklessly put women at risk?
I could see both sides of pursuing and not wanting to. Would the law be on her side? Would this be easy or difficult to prove?
