The refs really butchered the second half of the game, however, sometimes when games are coming down to the wire it actually helps create a really nice flow for the game. The fact that we were always within one basket in crunch time, kept the teams from intentionally fouling and the free throw parade.
I always hate when a team is up 8 with 1 min left because it means about 5 intentional fouls and a boring extra 15 minutes. The fact that the game was tied and led to Evans running out the clock and getting a last second shot helped make it an instant classic and fun finish.
