Obama care is such a mess and is failing but the biggest obstacle Trump has is the GOP itself. Instead of enacting Tax Reform now we have old types in Congress that are fighting it and insisting on natural cuts instead of using dynamic scoring. Obama care should simply be repealed and let the private economy adjust, but the GOP is scared shitless of the media and the story of one or so stories that might make them look heartless.
