I call this one "Junior High Assistant Principal Beard"
Hance should 100% grow a beard. Pulls it off like a champ.
But Kirby should 1000% not grow a mustache. Not even for charity.

I call this one Michael "Black Does Crack"tree
This is "I'm gonna slow it down to only 3 jobs so I can spend more time with my grandkids" @C. Level
