Based on everything I've read and listened to, the Obama spin is going to be that he is using prosecutorial discression. An example of prosecutorial desgression would be a cop pulling someone over for going 65 mph in a 55 mph and the cop decides to give the person a warning. The person still broke the law and the cop could give the person a ticket, but he used prosecutorial discression and decided not to issue a ticket. That is NOT what Obama is doing here. What Obama is doing is creating new law that says 65 mph is the new speed limit and telling the person they can now drive 65 mph. He cannot do this!! He does not have the authority to create law!! We are seeing the constitution being shredded!! Am I wrong? Maybe I am.
