We need to stick with Gibbs. Things may not have looked great these past two weeks against the two best offenses in college football but he has proven himself at other programs. At some point we need to show support to a DC and let him build something. It's been said many times that he brings a professionalism to this program that was desperately needed. He should be given three years at the very least.
