one thing that has really me encouraged me about this staff is their evaluation. It seems a lot of the guys they offer end up blowing up and once they get here, we hear they are performing well. Also despite our train wreck season and the other bs that happened last year we signed a really good class. It seems like we have some high character guys who can play and won't wash out.
If we start having some success I think we can get in the 20s consistently because this staff has shown they can land some big fish. A lot of the guys we sign this year will really help give us a foundation the year after and the chance to compete at a contender level going forward.
