Edit: 4 Baylor tickets at face value ($70)

We decided to get a suite instead so I need to sell these. All 8 are right next to each other, Section 327 row 1 seats 33-40 (40 is the aisle seat). The price is $70 for each ($65 face value plus the commission that was paid). Obviously they are on our side of the stadium. I live in Dallas. I'd like to sell them here before trying stubhub.
