If he wants to drain it I guess he needs to start firing his own cabinet officers. Multiple ones being investigated for using private charters and military jets for personal use. Price reportedly cost us taxpayers almost 1/2 million himself. So the president said he'd think about firing him. LOL. Be honest... is anyone really surprised?
