Ive noticed continually as Ive watched all these HS games except when overlapped Tech games. The newly successful coaches all mentioned how specifically they had a building plan & got kids to buy in & stuck to it.
It doesn't seem to me KK has a plan for building the WHOLE program top to bottom & thoroughly. It seems more like hit or miss. Just recruit & teach our system of O & D. Seems disjointed at times & without a Master Plan.
As the saying goes. No one plans to fail. Yet to not plan is to insure to fail!
