Does anyone do Search Engine Optimization?

A few months ago I built a small simple website with wordpress and I got to the SEO stage and just sort of gave up. It's just too time consuming for someone who doesn't know what they're doing. A few days ago some random person emailed me about doing it which reminded me that it needs to be done, but I thought I'd give a Red Raider my business if I could.

So anybody do that?
