Do Texas HS coaches till get into college games for free?

Haven't been able to sell my UH tickets so thinking of donating them to the coaching staff at Lubbock High in honor of my late father ( LHS Class of '53 ).

I know it used to be all they had to do was show their THSFCA card and find a seat.
