Next week I'm heading to Fort Worth to convert a 2001 Chevy Suburban into a Level 1 camper build and then west towards New Mexico once the build is complete. I'll be on the road for about 3 weeks and I've been to many of the major national parks, so I'm looking for places that fly a little under the radar. Has anyone here done a similar trip in the Southwest and have some good recs?
