I feel like there is a new opinion (for lack of better words) about the Duffey situation. @TTUcrew09 @A. Dickens made the impression that there was something new to this story and he shouldn't be allowed on campus.
The version of the story I had heard was, him and a lady had gotten sideways. She felt "used". Went to the authorities a month later to get back at him. The authorities felt that there wasn't a case so he wasn't prosecuted. Student body government got wind of it and felt they needed to do something about it and suspended Duffey for a semester.
Has something changed to that narrative?
