Is there any reason we haven't offered Odessa-Permian CB Desmond Smith of Odessa Permian? He is set to make is decision on Wednesday, and I'm surprised that we haven't extended an offer. He seems like the prototypical DB that Gibbs is looking for. He could potentially fit the mold of a safety once he puts some size on too.Desmond also mentioned Tech has always been one of his favorite schools. I trust our coaches player evaluations, but I think we are missing out on a solid west Texas prospect. Sorry, not trying to be a Debbie-Downer.
