I have two subscriptions to Rivals.com sites. One is to RedRaiderSports.com, and the other is to another team's site that I was interested in checking out for a while.
I am trying to cancel the non-RRS one, but these hoops Rivals makes you jump through is driving me mad.
It tells me I MUST use the chat support feature to cancel, but the chat does not ever work (this is trying on multiple browsers and multiple computers). So, I've e-mailed. Every time I get a generic response from some guy telling me to use the chat. I've started adding in that I can't use the chat to the e-mails, but every time, same generic ass response. I'm starting to get really frustrated that I'm going to get scammed out of some cash, even though it's only $10/month, because they will not allow me to cancel.
Any advice or help from anyone on this??
