Current Stadium Expansion Plans

I saw on cfb reddit that Iowa State is currently looking to expand their stadium to 61k people:

That would technically put it above Tech in size (and the 3rd biggest in the conference). I know Tech is planning on updating the south endzone - what is the current time frame on that? Solely out of curiosity, I would just hate for ISU to have a bigger stadium than Tech.
