This is ridiculous. An 11 yr old walks home from school and beats his parents there, bc of traffic delays by 90mins. So the kid plays basketball in the front yard while he waits for them. Neighbors call the cops and CPS takes their kids away, 4yr old and 11yr old. Been over a month now.
