i think I previously posted about taking my son in 8th grade for a visit to Tech. That was a great trip because he met the engineering and honors students and decided those were his people. Discovering that for himself proved to be powerful.
Now he is going into his junior year and is deciding (so far) between Tech and Cal Poly San Louis Obispo.
His 16th birthday is this week. Today he received a TTU key fob for a key chain. Absolutely perfect and he said it was helping recruit him to Tech.
I know it’s a small thing - just thought it was cool.
