So my wife and I have decided to have a slab poured and have a hot tub installed. We aren’t looking for anything grandiose or anything, but would still like quality work, etc. We're looking at hot tubs averaging around 7’ x 8’ or so (4-6 person) so probably needing at least a 10’ x 10’ slab. I know we also have to get an electrician to set up the outlet for it.

We live in Midland and have a pretty small backyard (~1,600 sq. ft.). We know where we want it, but are also considering biting the bullet on the whole backyard plan we [read: she] have in mind which includes an extended patio and some form of pavilion. I’d say pergola, but I don’t see the point of getting anything unless it actually provides shade.

I only mention all that as maybe someone has some recommendations. My main goal is to get advice towards contractors in the Midland area I should look into, what kind of costs to expect, and if there’s anything I should avoid or plan for. Or, does anyone know a single company that can set everything up as a turn-key deal? I’d prefer to not deal with three or four different businesses just to get a damn hot tub,

Thank you!
