So, there should be no expectation of being shot after nearly running over policemen in your stolen car, smashing head on into another police car and then fleeing? Granted it's not the most preferable outcome, but it doesn't surprise me. I guess I'm jaded or uncaring? If you don't do the things mentioned above, bad things wouldn't happen to you, like getting shot.
