Efforts to end OBamacare by Texas and other states was rejected by the Supreme Court today. This was the 3rd time the Supreme Court has ruled on the law.
Unfavorable reviews have shown a steady decline to the current 35%, the lowest level since it became law. Since it's inception it been a target for the GOP but ending coverage for over 20 million would've been a disaster for the party in next elections.
Despite efforts by the GOP, benchmark premiums declined for the 3rd year in a row while the number of providers has increased. Enrollments increased over 6% for 2020.
