What teams do you guys have breaking out this year in college football? As in teams that have been down but could make a lot of noise this fall?
I've got a few.
Penn State with Hackenburg could be pretty stout this year. Year 2 of Franklin.
Michigan has a shot, I wouldn't put it past Harbaugh to have an immediate impact.
USC will be back in a BIG way this year.
Cal with Goff could make some noise.
Georgia Tech wins the ACC and is in the playoff picture.
