justify what amounts to murder of a man for supposedly trying to pass a counterfeit $20 bill. The man is handcuffed, on the ground saying he can't breath, saying he will get in the car, and not struggling. Won't matter. The cop apologists always find a way to justify cop actions that unnecessarily lead to deaths
