Texas Tech went to La Mirada, Calif., last recruiting cycle for Tony Brown. Three-star LB Cameron Carr is starting to hear from the Red Raiders as well. Doesn't have any offers yet but Carr is a talented player. Schools might wait until the season but he makes a lot of plays.
