Prosecutors withheld evidence including internal whistle blower reports that the government abused it's power with instigating tactics such as surveillance and positioning snipers on US citizens peacefully protesting; mocking them to boot. From start to finish, this was a classic hack job by Obama, Holder and Reid. Luckily, a Latino Obama appointee had the ethics to throw out the case.
