The government was right. There was an imminent terrorist attack in Brussels, and the militant terrorists didn't have to do anything locally in that city. The government incited the terror themselves. Closing the metro, cancelling sporting events, and telling people to stay home. It was an economic terror attack caused by the officials. Although there are police and soldiers on the streets of Paris, it seems the citizens of the city refuse to give into the terror. Perhaps the French are braver than we have given them credit for.
They are now going to reconsider whether they should let Brussels go to business as usual Monday, and they don't want to cripple the city economically. Here is a quote from the article:
