This one is rich. these states are basically pledging their electoral votes to whoever wins the popular vote. talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face. we may see these states cast votes for donald trump in 2020 when he wins the popular vote, which is hilarious because all they've done is create the possibility of them voting red instead of blue now. what a collection of morons, i can't wait to see this one blow up in their collective faces.
