This is anecdotal but I spent all last week with down in the nitty gritty blue collar people who work with municipalities and small systems in water and waste water....guys who get dirty fixing valves, pumps electrical equipment and that sort of thing. I could not get a feel for their politics. I did not meet any that would vote for Hillary and almost 100% were for Trump but I could not get why? I am not sure any knew much about politics the economy or world affairs but I could not get a coherent answer as to why they would support Trump? Is it just his off the wall rhetoric ?
I read Peggy Noonan's piece the other day and I sure identified with her thoughts.....Hillary is a crook, Cruz is creepy and Trump seems like he needs a bath. What has happened to our politics? I think the overall failure of obama has led us to anger on the right and the left has just lost touch with reality.
Why does this election seem to turn on the black community? What change does the community want that they believe government can give them? We never ever hear the left talk about personal responsibility but "the justice system is not fair as most of the people in jail are black" instead of policing their community and holding their people responsible ? Blacks commit crimes so it is the systems' fault?

why do the gullible like tricord believe the left cares about the black community? the left wants their votes and if they can keep the blacks on the reservation and poor they keep their votes
