Report that Bloomberg intends to use $16 of the $100 million he planned for Florida to pay the court costs and fines of almost all black and hispanic felons who are hindered from voting due to the recent court ruling. Despite approval by voters the state refused to allow them to vote. I guess the governor and senators will be happy to add that sum to their budgets after the recent storm and virus problems. With less than an estimated 8% of undecided voters, this is a sizable block of potential voters for both Biden and Trump to pursue.
