Masks are not necessary outdoors for vaccinated people, and in fact for most people since very little virus spreads outside. If Fauci hadn't been so hellbent on following the agenda they've got (whatever it is; it's obvious there is an agenda but exactly what it is still isn't clear) he would have said this like almost every non-partisan scientist has been saying.
