Purchased a Kamado this week and I'm going to use it a bunch over the next few days. I'm traditionally an offset smoker kind of guy, but I want to expand my horizons. I didn't go with the BGE, rather a Primo XL Oval. I like the shape and size better and as far as I can tell these things are all pretty much the same.
